E36 Seat Issue

Heya! Anybody ever had their electric leather seat arm thingy come loose and won't engage back into position? How did you fix it?

It is part # 13 in this diagram causing me grief.

RealOEM.com * BMW E36 325is FRONT SEAT ELECTRICAL BACKREST FRAME

Many thanks!!

Looking @ that diagram........It looks like # 13 (SPRING FOR LEFT VERTICL ADJUSTMENT).....the end of it should fit into #14 (clamp), to hold it in place, also check & make sure #15 (Springlatch) is in place & not broken......

Yes def missing cuz the spring won't stay in place - just pops out when you incline the seat.
