E36 No Gas & No Spark

Hello,

I have a 1997 328i that will not start. It does crank (turn over) with no issues and the crank sounds normal. However, it will not start up and run. Below is a list of things that I have confirmed.

1. Fuel Pump does pump to the fuel pressure regulator. No fuel past the fuel
regulator or to the rail. No power to the fuel pressure regulator.
2. #1 Fuel relay tested good. That is why the fuel pump pumps gas to the
fuel pressure regulator.
3. Replaced the crankshaft position sensor. Old sensor wires were shorted
out. Melted together.
4. Replaced the DME. Old DME proved to be good.
5. Battery is fully charged. Even attempted jump starting, but same results.
6. All fuses under hood tested and confirmed to have resistance. Are there
any fuses inside the car that would cause this problem?

Okay, above is what I have confirmed. What am I missing here? I am thinking that maybe with the crankshaft position sensor shorting out that some other component was damaged. I do not plan to take this car to a dealer or shop. Car only has 42,000 miles and ran perfect up until now.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,>:D
