When I push the buttons they illuminate as if everything is normal but no heat is felt anywhere on the seats. I have checked the wiring under the seats and also the fuses and it all looks ok.

Has anyone else experienced the same problem? or does anyone know if relays are used as well as fuses?

Regards
papa

your element might be gone, or if the whole seat doesnt warm up maybe your relay is gone or a wire is off.

Yes it's both seats that's why I don't think it's the elements inside the seats that have gone.

Is the relay also located in the fuse box under the bonnet or is it somewhere else?

Thanks for the replies.
