I have just bought a 1999 E36 M3 cabrio in black, and I am completely in love with it. How else can you move a family of four around and have this much fun? It is a very classy car, but personally I would really like it to look (even more) understated. So I wated to swap the front spolier/bumper for the much more discrete one on the regular cabrio (320 or 328 etc). However, the regular car's spoiler appears to have less colour coding, and is all together less deep, which may simply not fit the wheel arch assembly. Any bright ideas? My car is that metallic black colour.
im supposing your car is jet black. i wouldnt worry about having a less deep color, mine is grey plastic
but if you want to get rid of that front bumper, i would gladly take it off your hands, ive been looking for one (crap, i just noticed you live in holland)

Hey - nice to hear there are so many takers! Sadly, I'll need to hang on to both spoilers (because your posts prove that all right-minded potential buyers will want the big one!). But any tech advice as to whether it is actually feasible gratefully received......
As far as I know, any 2 door bumper will fit. I can't remember if the bumper is slightly different on the 2d/4ds or not. Theres a good chance any 4d bumper will as well.
