[E36] Key (copy) Problem

hi guys

sorry for my english im dutch so!

I bought a sinca pro central lock set and conected it works fine all and everything works
but they key doesnt i went to the shop and let them make a copy of it
now the key works when i put it into the door slot and turn it open or close it
everything works but when i put it into the contact to start the car or at least turn it nothing happens it looks like the lock is jammed cannot turn either ways

anyone farmiliar with this problem ?
if you do please let me know cause im getting frustrated

or maybe someone know how to remove the key from the keyhouse (sorry for the bad words) so i can order one at the dealer and replace that one

Try moving the steering wheel a little each way as you turn the key in the ignition. The steering lock can load up the lock and make it hard to turn. Unless your aftermarket key is fitted with a transducer matched to your car, it may unlock the steering but will not be recognised by the EWS system and so it will not start the car.

doesnt work and if you mean this thingy
thsi is in the master key



that thing i removed and putted into the new key
but that the least concern i always can ask the dealer to reset and fix it
the thing now is that the whole key wont turn except for the doors
