Hi folks

bit of a problem, i disconnected the battery on the car and when i re connected the battery i tried to start the car all it dose is flash the hazzard lights

any ideas

all help welcome

yeah the same thing happened to me i found out it was the ews control modal a couple things what do you hear when you turn over the car if nothing not a sound then it could be that

yeah a hear nothing all it will do is flash the hazzard lights

REBOOT!

do like a computer geek does it, RE-BOOT.

connect your battery. When the lights flash, get out of the car. Lock all doors, windows up. and LOCK the car, with your key.

Then, open the door.

If the lights stop flashing you did a good job

yes you have to bring it to bmw do a diagnostics it coasts 150 if it is the ews get a quote first they will rape you you can save some money by taking the glove box out and the bottom panel thats where the ews is the job and part coasts 670 but do the diagnostics first it might be something else
