E36 Convertible

Hey
does anyone know of a way to stop those squeaky windows in the e36 convertibles. Mine are driving me crazy!!!
It only happens when driving or going over bumps!!

help please!!!1

I took the door panel off and replaced any of the broken snaps. I put some electrical tape around the trim because it squeaked there - I also WD40d it - that helped alot.

I then cleaned the weatherstripping and greased them up with furniture polish (i've always used that and it has never failed me).

It sounds better.

My sparco front strut bar arrived today and it goes on tomorrow. I'll let you know if that helps further.

Finally - thursday I'm having a spacer put in (my front kick panel speaker is a 6.5 and it makes the panel buzz). So, if the strut bar doesn't completely help - I can turn the music up!

I put the Sparco Strut bar on - big difference in creaks. Not a cure...but so far the best limiter. It even helped the front speaker not creak as much.
