| One way that El Presidente recommends to see if you need a new clutch is to put the car in 4th gear while stationary and let go of the clutch. If the car somewhat hesitates and then dies, you'll need a new clutch. If it dies instantly, you're clutch is fine and probably just needs adjustments made.
