E36 Angel eye CoNfUsIoN!?

Alright you guys, I'm totally confused. About a week ago I got some glass euro headlights w/ a ccfl angel eyes kit that i ordered from ebay for my 95 325is. Unfortuantely the healights came without bulbs and without the angel eyes installed so now i'm going to have someone do it 4 me(dont know how). My question is: Is the angel eyes kit that was sent to me (ccfl 7000K from Racing Dash Enterprise) high enough quality to install inthe headlights? What is a better kit? Techs are telling me that I need to get bulbs. What kind do i need to get? I don't want them to lbe bright..white even! Would an hid kit be better? Also, techs are telling me that water could leak into my headlights if i get the angel eyes installed..is this true? Geese, everybody has euros with angel eyes, is the process really that difficult..used: ARghh..please help.

So your angel ring was separate? You should bought DEPO angel ring head lamps from www.euroautolights.com or something. It should be all plug and play

well ur probably gonna need H-1 bulbs...and my advice, if u can return it, do it, and get some ZKW or DJ auto's from understeer.com

How good is the quality of the tail lights and corner lights that understeer.com sells. It seems kind of cheap to be able to get front signals, side, and rear for $190, When bavauto is more then that for just the rears.

I think understeer sells DEPOs, which aren't a;; that bad, but aren't OEM BMW, which I think was Hella for the tails, etc.

Bavauto is kinda high on many things. I bought my corners, sides and taillights off of Ebay, about $150. No problems whatsoever.

ya i got depo's.. and i took all those things into consideration...

install and everything was a brezze.. u should really sit down with these headlights, and have us help you... about a month ago.. i had a 4 page topic with Kissner and i helped him through the whole process... u should really look into it.. and save yourself some money..

well, they sell depo tails, which i have, but i wouldnt get DEPO anything, id get OEM tails from bav..but they headlights (DJ AUTO and ZKW) are both wayyyy better than depo...DJ AUTO is a subsidery of HELLA just in case anyone didnt know...

if ur looking for taillights, OEM is the way to go...

Return them and get one with angel eyes already installed. I just got done doin this mod and i about pulled my hair out. Buy them already installed
