E36 316 Judder / Noise

Hi, does any one know what's going on with my 316? it's 1994 M reg and since I got it if the clutch gets warm it judders and shakes the living daylights out of my engine. It only does this when hot. I've had the car a year and this has been the only problem, but today and for the first time I've had a medium frequency groaning noise, I noticed it shaking through the steering wheel also. Its more prominent if I'm at stand still and turn the steering wheel, and doesnt seem to be so bad when the cars warm. I've noticed a slipping belt noise in all this recent wet weather, is it possible that it could be the power steering belt not providing enough power to the power steering, those making a struggling kinda noise?

Any help would be alppreciated, I consulted the haynes manual but it said something to do with clutch bearings but I think it's more related to the steering this problem.

Aight... first off... this is the wrong forum..

From what you have said it sounds as if your car needs a little tune-up...

Have you checked the steering fluid lately??... Check it.... the steering will become rather shacky if there is not enough fluid in there... if not... I'd start looking at pulling the pump and taking a look at it... this would also cause the sound you heard...

As for your clutch.... it sounds as if you are having a lose of pressure in the system.... Best answer to this... because its such a wide open question.. and there could be many problems... take it to a shop... get them to look at it.. depending upon what they can see.. they might be able to diagnose it a little better than we.
