If the engine mounts are the same, and it's roughly the same size (isn't the e34 the straight 6 like 3.8L?) it probably wouldn't be to hard to get the engine in. BUT the other parts would kill you, like computer, tranny, differentials, suspension. Swaps are hard to gauge costs on, cause lots of stuff can and will go wrong. Especially with such a custom job.
