In relation to number 2.. (sheesh that sounds bad)...
I noticed when I removed the pollen filter on mine that the ducting didn't quite fit. This was due to missing pins holding it in place. Thus I have no floor ventilation.
Check to make sure the ducting is completely in place. If it isn't.. secure it!
Of that isn't the case then Marti is right.. the flaps aren't working or the camgear is set wrong.

Go for the ducting and flaps in the ducting. Oh, try not to use your window until fixed or you could end up with loads of heartache.
the ducting under the drivers side right, since that is where i have the problem?
as for the window, i also saw a lot of broken glass inside the door and the window (glass) was not sitting right on the metal framing where the sliders go.
Yes the ducting where the problem is, as for the broken glass in the door this may be down to the side window being smashed before, best thing to do is leave it as is until you get the new bits ready to do the job.

i just replaced the plastic sliders but when i try to put the window up, it doesnt seal at the back it keeps on coming out of the weatherstrip. does anyone know how to fix this?
