The seat is power and the sound seems to be the plastic beneath the seat cushion which rubs when weight shifts as in cornering. I'm considering pulling the seat out of the car so I can get at the underside. Silicone spray may do the trick...any thoughts???
you may have a bolt coming loose as well. taking out the seat sound like a viable option to get a good look at what it is

I loosened the 4 bolts holding the seat and tipped it backward to get at the underside. The electrical connects are hard to get at to completely release the seat and take it out of the car. I sprayed it with silicone and it does seem a bit better. Not enough of a bother to go further at this point.
