Driver Window Sporadicly goes up and down while driving

I have a question. On my boyfriend's 1998 323is the driver window began to sporadically do the up/down movement (very quickly) while driving. It's as if someone was just tapping on the power window button. Also the dome light comes on and then off (as if the door wasn't closed). I was doing some searching around, and someone mentioned the window micro switch issue. But couldn't find much besides that.

I think you got it girl... Dodgy switches... Why not try to separate them and clean them? All-sorts of dust and debris might be in there, check the connections too !!
