Drifting And Differentials

Is TOO much drifting/power-sliding and 360's in the snow bad for your differentials and the tranny. Or they where design with drifting in mind.

i wouldn't see why its bad in the snow.. make sure there is enough snow for u to do it.. because if u hit a spot where there is not snow, and the tire catches.. u can easily do some damage... including snaping an axle

if its done smoothly, then your fine. like he said, if the tire doesnt catch you should be good, obviously its never good to over rev your engine with out some kind of load on it. so just watch out for that.

Yes it is bad it is recommend if you are drifting regularly or doing 180s 360s ect you have your diff checked every 6 months. Also make sure you have LSD before you go doing it regularly.
