Door Speaker Trim Replacement!

Okay guys,
I've checked every where I could find, I even went to the dealer.
I just need to replace the cracked trim around my front door speakers. This is a common problem with E36 cars so I'm sure others in here may have this problem. It looks gross.

Any websites of DIY tips would be awesome.


Also my 318i has the rare one speaker in the front door. See pics. Most sites only have chrome replacements for the two speaker doors.

the only ones ive seen are chrome ones. but never the oem style type

The Chromes ones would be perfect as well but the ones on that UK site only fit the 2 speaker door set up.

I think I just found a set on autowerks for 52$ and they are chrome which is cool with me.
