door lock problem

Hey guys
My front passenger side door seems to have som sort of motor failure as when I lock my doors from the driver side, or if i lock the doors from the electrical button inside , the passenger side door does not get affected. However if i manually lock/unlock the front passenger side door either with my hand from inside or with the key, all the doors centrally lock. This tells me the the passenger door lock's connection to the other doors is fine, however, when an electrical connection tries to lock it, it fails......any suggestions ? any DIYs ? never opened up the door before.

Possibly the actuator and or lose wire someplace.

All I can say is take your door apart and have a looksee, someone's gonna have to take it apart to fix it anyways..
Just be sure not to break anything like plastic tabs or whatever.

my door locks, but also sometimes won't move.

ya i have never taken a door apart and dont wanna break those plastic things. what kind of shop apart from the dealer might check it for me ?
any idea ? also who could install a ssk for me and how much should i pay around ? i dont want to do it myself.

Hey, I've had the same problem with my ti since I bought it used last year - push button, driver's side locks but not passenger side. Since it's a 2 door, I figured it wasn't worth the expense but my OCD side keeps telling me that it's annoying that it doesn't work.

Any bodyshop oughta be able to help out in removing all of the panels. Probably just need a soilenoid replacement.

My pass door when I lock it- only lock that door itself..
My trunk is wacky as well.. driver's door works fine..
