Sunguard is a standard tint manufacturer.
"Solar Metallic" sounds like a type of tint not a manufacturer. 3M is the biggest name in tint in the Maryland area.

Viper is a very good alarm system. I have one on my wife's Mini Cooper and she loves it.

I haven't had any experience with the other alarms systems you picked.

What year is the car?

I forgot if you ever posted what year your car was. If it's a '96 or newer I would go with the Stellar RTX alarm. It's a top shelf alarm that's plug-n-play into the factory alarm socket so you don't have to hack up your wiring harness (and prone to future headaches...). The topline window tints are all pretty good these days. Any of the big brands have several levels of protection to choose from and your tint shop can tell you the differences. The metalic impregnated ones reflect UV rays better and are stronger in case someone tries to break out one of your windows, they'll hold it in place better than the low grade entry line tints. The topline of whatever brand you choose should be a metalized tint. They will not fade or change color over the years and don't have to be so dark. Dark window tint these days is only for privacy and to draw attention from cops. Most states have pretty strict limits on how dark you can have your windows, and unless you just like getting tickets and having to re-do your windows I would stay away from the dark tints. A high quality metalized film will serve you better.

I have a viper, it is a good alarm. Did I read that correctly, around $200 for tint and an alarm? That seems really cheap IMO
