Does This Spark Plug Look Normal ?

pcy Neutral Member Join Date: Oct 2004 Car: Posts: 87 Photos:	Hello, Attached image shows the spark plug in my '97 328i. All 6 of the spark plugs look the same. What I am concerned about is the red color in the middle. Does the spark plug look normal. Is it just normal wear ? Thanks for your comments/help, in advance pcy Attached Thumbnails

wulley1 3rd Gear Member Join Date: May 2004 Car: Posts: 628 Photos:	I think it looks normal. I should have some brownish coloring to it, your's isn't excessive. The electrode has a good shape to it, it's not covered in deposits or cracked. I think your in good shape, I hope my plugs look like yours when I pull them out soon.
