Does BMW make aftermarket mufflers for 328 IS

I bought my car from this boy, but his dad did all the negociating b/c his son was away. He didnt know what exhaust was added to my car- he just knew it was added in the past year. Today i got down in the pit and its just the muffler, it goes from the cats and back. The tips are sliver and curve up and out. The muffler is printed all over with BMW manufacturing script. Does BMW make different systems to upgrade from?

kinda funny way to phrase it. Its possible he installed an m3 exhaust, but BMW also offers an assortment of accessories for the car, including DTM tips.

My guess would be some dtm tips on a stock or m3 muffler. Is the muffler black or is it a shint metal like stainless steel?

HAHA. Nevermind guys im sorry. I emailed the son and its a supersprint exhaust. Just from the cats and back. I looked on their website and they have another one to replace the cats. Once i get money i plan on possibly looking into that. I guess it was labeled with the BMW markings to denote make it went on. Sorry for confusion.
