btw, the fees were not imposed by Gray Davis, the California legislature passed a law, signed by the Governor a few years ago, to the effect that when the economy is good, the fees would go down (which they did). And, when the economy was bad, the fees would go back up (which they did).
Obviously, Ahhnold twisted the facts (as confirmed by your post) to get elected. He bought the election at the expense of college students, the mentally ill, the sick and handicapped. Way to go! That's what America is all about.
