DME fried, 95 325I, do I have an immobilizer

bmw newbie n00b Join Date: Aug 2011 Car: Posts: 1 Photos:	DME fried, 95 325I, do I have an immobilizer Hey all, newbie here. I just picked up a beautiful 325 vert, and of course the DME took a bath and is toast. I need to know if I can just swap it or do I have to chase an immobilizer and change the key and tumbler all in one shot. I have located a wrecked in the rear 325 exactly like mine for the DME,Key,Tumbler and immobilizer. The guy wants 300 for all 4 parts. Do I need it all and if so, is this a reasonable deal? This site has been excellent for the newbies like me, thanks everyone!
