i would say no, but thats only because in teh first pic it says only if you have one of the 3 numbers ... and yes it also says to call dinan to confirm. because you have a different vin that said above id really ask the makers.

Yeah dude, the Dinan instructions are pretty clear. Call them...or blow up your motor.

u guys r right. I was told not to install the chip on differently numbered DME. everything got cleared. thnx.

Hey, please keep us updated on how the Dinan chip improves your ride. I really want to get one in my 325is. I heard the Turner chip will add more horsepower but I like Dinan. I am scared because Turner says the redline is increased to 7000RPM!!! I don't want to hurt my engine if I rev it too much!!! What do you think? I would love to know what you think of the Dinan chip!!
