Dash Warning Light?? - BMW Forum

i drive a bmw 316i compact, a warning light has started to appear at the bottom of the instument panel after the car has been running for around 15 minutes but i have no idea what is means. the symbol is similar to the the red oil pressure warning light at the top of the panel, it has the same looking 'oil can' but it has a wavey line underneath it & the light is amber, can anyone help??

should be an explanation in your manual, if you have lost it you can download it on the forum in the e36 sticky section
