Depends on options and amount of fluids like oil, gas, coolant, windsheild washer.

Go to a truck stop and weigh the car.

According to Edmunds.com...

Curb Weights/HP/Torque(in FT-lbs) and (Power to weight ratio):

E36 325is - 3086 lbs/189hp/181 (16.3 pounds per HP)
325i - 3087 lbs/same/same (Same)
328is - 3120 lbs/190hp/207 (16.4 pounds per HP)
328i - same/same/same (Same)

E46 330Ci - 3351 lbs/225hp/214 (14.9 pounds per HP)
330i - 3318 lbs/same/same (14.8 pounds per HP)
325Ci - 3252 lbs/184hp/175 (17.7 pounds per HP)
325i - 3241 lbs/same/same (Same)

Not bad. Wish I had a 330 and some carbon fiber right about now...
