I think it can be fixed, a lot of those scratches will buff right out..

Honestly by looking at those pics im surprised no one is dead. That is a pretty wicked wreck. Good luck with the new one

I know it sounds dumb, and I'm sure youve heard it a million times... BUT THE IMPORTANT THING IS YOU ARE ALRIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just crashed my car a month ago (some moron caused the accident) but I get my car back on friday and I am not injured or anything, so all is well.
