| Crazy Tachometer!
I just bought my third 3-series and very happy with it. All but one thing, the tach! When i start the car it doesnt show any warning lights or anything, but revs at about 1200 rpm +/- 100. Jumps up and down to about 2000 rpm and then back to 1200 and idles. I know no biggie right, but here comes the crazy part.... When i give it gas, it redlines even though you can hear that im only givin it about 3000-4000 rpm. Also my MPG is topping out at the same time. I am thinking it sound like throttle sensor but, thats why im asking the Beamer experts. Please help!
