I have a '93 BMW 325i
My friend was driving and he took a turn pretty fast (with my permission) and as he accelerated the RWD kicked in and he was getting oversteer. I think having 5 people in the car threw the handling off a lot because usually he can drift and stuff like that pretty safely. The wheels caught as the car was spinning left and it flung us right into a ditch. The amazing thing was he made in between these two trees that probably were the width of my car plus only a few feet, and if he had been a couple yards more to the right we would've gone into a frozen lake.
All in all there was a lot less damage than we expected from what seemed like a serious accident. The left fender is messed up, one of the reverse lights is out, and the custom M3 front bumper was basically crushed since the car is riding fairly lower than stock. There are probably other things I haven't noticed yet though.
My friend that was with us knows people that are from a AAA licensed garage so we had nice people that helped us out of the ditch with a towing truck.
The guys that towed it were familiar with the car (my town is so small and ricey that this is one of the best cars around) and so I've been in contact with the shop that did the modifications. Hopefully I can get it put back to how it was before the crash but we might have to just leave out the bumper.
Hopefully it won't be too costly to fix.
Suggestions and condolences are welcome
