can anyone explain to me what the crank sensor does and how affects the running of the car. if driving along and i come to a stop, clutch in, the engine rpm drops very low and sometimes picks up or sometimes stalls. checked the idle control valve and maf sensor so this is the only thing that comes up on the codes after running a diagnostic.
so if it's faulty, when it tries to turn over it won't start until it kicks into life. is that right? how about when the car comes to a stop? not switched off but stationary at the lights. why doe sit stop then?
all this injection thingy makes me wanna put on a set of 3 double webbers, heh heh.
it should do the trick dude. i found it drove fine until it came to a junction where i had to stop. i also found and can now relate this to the sensor, is it had trouble starting. turning over more than it should do before kicking into life.
