Crank Position Sensor Troubleshooting with Picture (need to verify diagnosis)

Hi, my daughters 1992 325i will not start. This isn't the first time and i am familiar with the usual suspects (fuel pump, fuel pump relay, DPM relay, and CPS).

This time around the fuel pump and relay are functioning normally. The DPM was dry but showed minor corrosion on the connectors and I cleaned that with electrical connector cleaner and shined it up with some fine grit sandpaper.

I have replaced the crank position sensor in the past, but I am suspecting it is bad again (aftermarket part, probably from china)

I tested the CPS and took a picture because I am not 100% sure what tro make of the results, I am hoping one of you experts can help me get this thing back on the road.
