Convertible Noises - BMW Forum

I know I know - its always gonna make noises but - my passenger door panel squeaks much more than the driver's side does. The door is tight, hinges are lubed. I replaced 2 clips inside that were chewed up and even put some electrical tape around the edge while the door was off.

I'm assuming you have taken one panel off before and not the other?
Unfotunately from what I've noticed, door panels will never be as tight after they have been removed. Its a shame b/c I like to replace the factory speakers, but that situation alone keeps me away from the job.

Actually have had both off for a speaker change. I wd40d around the edges this a.m. and it is gone!
