hey i have a 94 325is, its got about 115k on the car. i know it has the original clutch on it and im almost certain its kicking its last leg (the clutch). but also i've noticed when i accelerate i hear a clicking noise,when it idles it does click as well. im very afraid its the transmission making the clicking noise. but im very hopeful its just the clutch. anyone know if your car makes a funny noise when the clutch is going? appreciate it!

tranny noise can be caused by low fluid - your tranny shouldn't be making a lot of noise though unless there is something very wrong with it

If the clicking is when you push the clutch in then the throw out bearing is bad.
