clock removal....

has anyone ever removed thier dash binnicle to exspose the clocks.....
is it easy to do, and is the glass easy to take off as well.......

Fatty what are you talking bout willis? the OBC? in my E36 the clock is part of the OBC . to take it out you have to take the whole thing out.

from some of the pics Ive seen, I think the UK and/or euro models come with an analog clock instead of a digital one. That may be what he's talking about.

Thats true - Euro models are fitted with Analogue clock.

sorry i did have a few....... like tonight

what i ment was the speedo/rev counter clocks....... what i am thinking of doing is to making the needles red........

but what i dont want to do is start removing things incorrectly and breaking some thing.......
especially as the clocks are programed with the vin number and it costs a small fortune to have them re-programed.....
