Clear tail lights - white lightbulbs

I bought some German-made clear tail lights that came with white turn light bulbs. I know a lot of ppl with clears just paint their yellow turn signal bulbs silver so it doesn't show through. Now, can I install my lights with white bulbs - are they legal in FLorida?

And while we're on the subject of legal stuff - is there any DMV-issued (or other agency - like FCC for communication stuff) rule book on what's legal on your car?

try a search on google about whats legal and what isnt, you could go down to the dmv and ask them for a book on all of your state's laws. also im fairly sure that your going to have to have a orange turn signal

yup- i am nys cert inspection tech- all depends on whos inspecting it-- if its some old man you could prob have your brake lights out srs light on brakes down to backing and still pass with some dumb fool inspecting it.

i brought mine to a place and had it inspected by this old dude. i passed even though i have 12% tint in the back (legal limit is 35%) w00t
