hey guys my cigar lighter went out in my car, wont power my cell phone charger and make my lighter hot! what happened? is there a fuse? or when it goes its gone! thanks for the info!

probably the fuse, or else a wire became disconnected. Both are easy to check.

okay thats what i thought but where would my fuse by for my cigar lighter? And is it just a basic fuse take it out put in anew one and your done type dealio?

Yep.

The fusebox is located under the hood of your car. It's a small black box with a copuple of tabs on it that you press to open it's cover. The fuses should have clear tops so you can see if a fuse is blown or not. If it is, replace with the same amperage fuse and put the cover back on.

nice thanks dude i hope thats all it is but i dont smoke anyways so i guess its not that big of a deal just no cell phone charger!
