I'd like to know too, the previous owner burned the pillar next to the driver side window with cigs. I don't even smoke so it really makes me angry every time I look. I've tried various carpet and upholstry cleaners, but none have take it away.
im not sure where... got a local dealer? they will probably charge a motherload. But its not like a huge disastrous mess... Try searching google... or take it to an uphoslter... they could probably recover it with the materials they have... eh.. wouldnt me stock.. try searching google for materials.. i dunno...

I've had a moth hole in a suit repaired with a process called Invisible Weave. The repair was truely invisible. Call around to local cleaners and see if they do the process locallly and if they can do it to your headliner.
