check engine keeps coming back l@@k p0740 code

I first got a p0740 code when I scanned it which is a torque converter clutch solenoid. I changed the tcc solenoid, changed the tranny fluid, filter and cleaned both pans. I reset the computer and the code still comes back. The tranny shifts good in all gears(auto). One thing I do notice is that when first cold the car takes a little time to shift out of first, the rpm can go high. Have u guys had this problem, what else should I check????
