I don't think there's a problem,,,the lights come on during start as a self test then all go out. Could be a glitch when warm.
The check control light will either stay on after startup or just come on during driving accompanied by the OBC message telling what it is IF there is a problem.
I wouldn't be too worried about this. It is only the check control light. As long as it stays out, you're ok.
But a good way to test it is to remove, say, a tail light bulb and then start the car. That is one of the things it tells is wrong.
