intake, exhaust, weight reduction, new plugs, cams, on down the line....


or a i6 swap, maybe something tasteful like an s50

I really just want it to sound nice w/o buying an expensive exhaust system. Like under 300 bucks

here's a link to awesome 318 site with all kinds of info on the M42, its for the e30 but the engine info is the same. http://www.esatclear.ie/~bpurcell/index.html

and for performance, the 318's already have adjustable cams so you can tune your cars power from low end to top end by yourself up to +/- 6 degrees

Im really new at this kinda stuff so i dont know how to adjust the cam.......... if u could explain it that would be awesome.
