I am about to change my rotors and pads on my 1991 320i (German Spec) (Stationed In Germany) My question is.... Do I have to replace all four when I do it, I have some sever shaking when I brake and slight pulling in the front, but also there is some noise coming from the back as well. I know I need to replace them but dont have the cash to do so right now. Can I replace the fronts then a month later replace the backs and still be ok??
Yes, you dont have to replace all of them at the same time.
You can do the fronts now and the rear later. But sounds like the rears need to be replaced soon too. Dont wait too long to change them
Ok cool thanks Ya they def need to be replaced, I figured I would get a German spec vehicle while stationed here in Germany for the price of parts man was I wrong! 8 dollars for a damn spark plug and that's the 40,000km ones not the 100,000km ones.
