Change Spark Plugs?

hey guys...

i'm pretty new when it comes to cars. i just bought a 1995 318I and would like to change the spark plugs. Can anyone give me some tips or a how to?

also what can i do to my car to increase performance?

Intake, exhaust and a computer chip to start.... that should keep the normal person busy for a while....

Do some searches on the above products.. and you will find many many arguments and companies that will be included within the arguments... make your own choices...
