was thinking about getting some ceramic brake pads... any idea on which brand to choose?? also i heard that teflon oil filters are robust.. is that true?? and if yes.. how can i get one for my 1993 bmw 325i??
Not sure what you mean by robust...?????... as for ceramic pads... they will wear your rotor down really fast.. but they are also the best pads you can buy.. due to the stopping power.. they also glow when they are used... kinda neat.. but they are the best.. and I'd say only get those if you have some really really heavy duty rotors to put those on.. or your gonna run through some rotors pretty quickly...
Not sure about the oil filter, but I agree with Alpine, the cermaic brake bads are awesome. I had some in my old Z, but I had to upgrade my rotors BIG TIME, or they'd burn right through. If you're already going ceramic, just get carbon fiber =)
