Central Lock problem 99 E36

I have 1999 E36 RHD 318i 4 door auto sedan and the central locking is not working properly. Sometimes it works fine 3 or 4 time then only the drivers door will function. Where do I find the CLU to have it checked/replaced, and is the CLU serviceable, i.e. does it have connectors etc that can cleaned or adjusted? grateful for any help.

the EWSII CONTROL MODULE is located behind thr glove box and I doubt that there is any adj. allowed
