Cd Player?

I have a 1994 325is that is in desperate need of a cd player. Ideally I would like to put in a in dash cd changer but would settle for any indash unit(do not want a trunk unit). I have talked to the dealer and audio places and they all say that the wiring is very difficult and that my only option is a factory changer in the trunk or a FM modulated trunk changer. If anyone has any advice or knows if I can put in an aftermarket cd player or the BMW Business CD in let me know. Seriously radio is getting on my nerves and the portable mp3 player is a hastle to deal with for those little short trips.

post in audio forum- But to answer you question you certainly can install a CD player. You need to buy an adapter that plugs into the factory harness that you then hook up to the new player. If you buy a CD player from Crutchfield they give you a free harness. If not they cost $20-$30..

Thanks guys, I have only had the car about a month. I went and read the audio section stuff for like 3 hours and found a lot more info.
