Hey guys. I am about to get myself new exhaust, I guess ill go with something like UUC-C, but the question is where to get a catalytic converter pipe? Ill have to replace mine couse person who installed mine a long time ago replaced original 2 cats (out of 4) with some crappy aftermarket big one . The way I drive I burned out everything inside and nowi t makes annoing sound when I am on low rpm. Any sugestions on this one ?
Thank you in advance.

Since you live in CA you'll have to be getting your smog done sooner or later, now whether you know someone that'll pass it for you or not is the question. If the case is you don't know anyone then a catalytic converter is required, if you don't have one you will fail smog immediately, guaranteed! which you along with everyone else that lives in CA probably knows. But because you have an OBD 1 system an aftermarket one will work just fine and they only cost around $60. But since you said that you've burned your old ones out with your driving style maybe you might want to look into high flow CATs. Otherwise you can get CATs on for the smog then just straight pipe it, and then once that time of year comes around again get the CATs put back on, it's a pain and will cost money, it's better than having the old one kept on after the smog or whatnot and burning them out, thus creating that annoying noise you speak of once again.

Thank you for reply. I was wondering where I can buy cats or a whole pipe ? I am looking for different stores that is not ditching people, so any sugestions would be perfect. I was always babying my cute, but once someone here told me "Stop babying it" and I stoped. Now my big cat is dead and sound like there is pieces of metal inside (this is gay).
Just for refference:
I have X pipe, 2 ends connected to headers, then intersection with CO2 sensor, then 2 separate pipes with 2 smal catalytics following into big catalytic (some kind of crap from aftermarket) and then 2 pipes gets connected with exhaust part.
n I am pretty low on budget after all buys in a last few weeks but I really need a good exhaust, my current one kills a whole pleasur e of driving.

you're a 325, you have only 2 cats to start with. Explain to me how this single cat thing works...

ooooooh ouch. You're loosing soooooo much hp on that. there should be only a small area where the two pipes cross over each other. That improves flow (over two parallel pipes) and allows for a single O2 sensor. That setup you have looks like it blows the big fat donkey cock.

don't forget to make sure that the two pipes cross in an X pattern.
I used a bolt on cat system in my supra so I could pass smog. I actually found it was easier to just give the mexican guy at the smog shop a $50 to pass it. They always find a way.
