My brother has a '93 325i 4dr. hit an SUV and the hood is damaged, luckily it was a SUV and is high up so only the hood was affected. can't seem to get the hood to open so don't know what to do there.
we're either going to:
a - get hood re-done at body shop(going to get estimates on friday)
b - buy a new/used stock one
c - get a carbon fiber hood
If option A costs more than $500 to fix or whatever, we'll just scratch out option B and go for option C. Does anybody know any sites in which i can purchase an E36 '93 carbon fiber hood, reputable, good quality and good price? if so, please post link, thanx. Also, how much would a factory hood cost?
Also, pics of hood will posted tomorrow during the day.
sometimes the CF hoods look a little bit off, IMO the best colours to have CF on , is my colour ( :P ) diamond swartz metallic, cosmos black , and carbon black (only on e46's though)
