I am looking for a 1995 to 1999 325/328 I am just wondering if the speedo can be disconnected on a BMW and the Bimmer operate normally, cause some of the Bimmers I have looked at seem like the milage is not correct by the condition of the over-all car.

So what you are saying is that the spedo can be disconected on a 95-98 325/328 and the car will run ok. Reason I ask this question on many of the newer cars if the spedo is disconnected the car will run only in a limp mode.
