Thumbs up

As i was replacing my front rotors, i noticed this "balljoint"-type part that obviously looks like it needs to be replaced. I looked in my Haynes repair manual, but was unable to identify what the part is that needs to be replaced. I'd like to go to the dealer with a specific part name that i need - can anyone help me identify it???
