Cabrino Intake

does anyone have any experience with the cabrino intake, i think it sells new for like 289$ i can get it shipped to my hosue for 269$, anyways how are they compared to the aa dinan and other companies, it reminds me of the dinan one with it going into the fender, and being CF

all intakes are the same as long as it goes into your fender with a good air filter, the name is jus a name, you could mandrel bend a piece of pipe and call it good ass fukn intake and youll get the same hp as a dinan, maybe like .2 hp less, i jus ended up making my own and it works really well, it sounds cool as hell to, the concept of an intake is the same no matter who builds it is what im tryin to say

true, certain materials disperse heat more effieceintly and the overall bend can attribute to better gains but the difference would be minimal. The reason the dinan intake ,for instance, is expensive is beacause of the research and dynos they do to create their product. But for $300 or $250 whatever it costs, the extra 1 HP is hardly worth paying $200 extra. But if you want the looks of CF and the fancy name then that price doesn't seem bad. The home made may work just as good but won't look as good..
