Buying New Rims

I'm looking to buy 17" sports rims that come off the e46's and I just wanted to know if it would fit my car. I have a 92 318is comes with 15" rims. If so then cool, if not though then what will I need? (ie spacers, longer lug bolts, etc...)

Anyone got them on a white 2 door and have pics of it from the side? I want to see what they'll look like

All of the E46 rims should fit fine. They have the same 5 120mm bolt pattern. You should see what the offset is and we will be bale to tell you if they fit without anything(spacers). They should have no problems at all though. Which rims are they? Someone can probably show you a pic if you tell us the rim. BMW refers to their rims as "style" and then a number. Check this site it is all the BMW made wheels.

I think the number is MP #68, but got that off of an ebay auction since no site has them...

Anything goes, but plz dont do as on pic... He is probably a good guy but this is a Bimmer , keep that in mind.

yea...those are pretty bad...

But not to worry I'm not getting anything like that. The ones I'm buying are the oem sports package wheels

that ebay link is for thewheelexchange.com I was about to order a different set from them check out their site. Those are not real BMW wheels either keep that in mind. They are replicas. That is not always a bad thing. Some replicas can be cheaply made some aren't as bad. You will hear alot of different opinions, but unless you get an opinion from someone who has those actual wheels you can never really tell. I bought a set of replicas that look better than the original BMW wheels they copy(the originals have no lip to them). I have no problems whatsoever. Even if I bend a wheel or something I can replace it for 1/2 to 1/4 the price of a new OEM wheel.

check out their website, you don't have to worry about auctions and you cen see what else they have I like the Style 66 on there and was on the phone about to order them when i changed my mind. Also check out aaarims.com they have some other replicas and look at tirerack.com. By the way those style 68 are fairly common and you may be able to find some in the classified here or on other forums for the real OEM ones.
